Went out to Bear Creek State Park for the Battle at the Bear on Saturday. It was a fun race, the girls and I were together most of the race. Ellen and I gaped Wesley and Ellie near the end, and I was able to hold Ellen off till the finish.Today I went down to Colorado Springs for a local race down there. It was a circuit race 75 minutes plus a lap. Ellen and I were the only junior Cat 1 girls. I'm not sure how many laps I did, because after 3 or so its hard to keep track. Maybe 7. It was a fun course though, about 2.3 mile, 2 steep climbs and 2 fun turney descents, with some flat rolling sections thrown in between. I ended up first and Ellen wasn't far behind.
